$25 Group Classes

At the Lloyd Center Mall, 2201 Lloyd Center, Portland, OR 97232

2nd Floor on the east end of the mall.

In Roller Fitness & Flow, Cardio, mobility & balance fitness class on quads or inlines. This class is built to aid in skate endurance. We will do static movements, and cardio skating paired with music in a fun environment. Class is 50 minutes followed by 10-15 minutes of stretching for skaters followed by (optional) 30 min Studio Practice time . Please bring water and (optional) yoga mat. ​
Prerequisites: must be able to skate forward and backwards, stop in both directions, transition from front-back-front, & hold a 1 ft glide. You can come in for Studio Practice time and ask to be assessed.

Prerequisites: must be able to skate forward and backwards, stop in both directions, transition from forward-backward-forward, and hold a 1 foot glide for 5 seconds.


Group classes are $25/class. You can approach your learning schedule by booking into a class and then practice at the studio at $5/hr practice time or practice at your favorite practice spot and book into another class when you are ready for more information. Or if you need accountability and/or just want regular stream of instruction, and you can check our “Packages & Monthly Memberships” designed to save you money on your regular class attendance. Packages do not expire and do not auto-renew. Memberships Auto-renew for 3 months and include unlimited practice time in the studio during open hours. There will always be space to practice even if there is class going on.

***All lessons and group classes at SOS Skate Studio in Lloyd Center Mall include 15 minutes of practice time in the studio following the lesson or class. If it is a 6pm class, you may show up 30 minutes prior to class for practice.***
