At SOS Studio you can book time for small space practice at $5/hr. We strongly encourage everyone to wear full protective gear while practicing. You must wear full gear (helmet, wrist guards, knee pads, and elbow pads) if you cannot meet these prerequisites: must be able to skate forward and backwards, stop in both directions, transition from forward-backward-forward, and hold a 1 foot glide for 5 seconds. We reserve the right to make that assessment. You can set up in front of a mirror. We’ll supply you with a shelf for the peg board to hold your water bottle and prop up your phone. Or you can create your lane to practice your drill. You’ll be able to wear headphones/earbuds or you can skate to our playlist. Check out the community desk in the center of the space. Feel free to go through it and utilize anything you find to help support your skate journey. There are a spin trainers, cones, painters tape, sidewalk chalk, and more that you can borrow for practice. Please clean up and put things back when you are finished.

This is not intended for skate circle rink style skating.

We have skate and safety gear rentals at $5/session. You can reserve your rentals as an add-on when you book your practice or class.

If you take a video you intend to post online, please get consent from anyone that happens to appear in your video before posting.
